Location is the only good thing

Very close to the main station, surrounded by lots of great Vietnamese restaurants!

Run down and poor decor - bathroom wasn't clean & free toiletries were out of date (?!) Guess the location makes up for the negatives.

Excellent! Value for money! Recommendable!

The room is beyond our expectation. It was big and comfortable enough for 5 of us. Complete toiletries, good window view and value for money.

The front desk looks weird as it was in 12th floor, while the room they gave us was in 10th floor (Room 1010). Front desk area looks not a hotel, not good ambiance (maybe ongoing renovation?), but thanks to the room itself coz it erases our pre-mature judgement.

Big room good location reasonable price

The hotel itself located in one building looks like a mall, get the elevator to check in on 12 fl. Got a big room with twin bed. Facilities all okey and working fine. Before 8.30 no one at the desk u can dropped a key and leave if u gotta check out early.

The way up to the lobby was little creepy.

Overall my stay inside the hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and facilities were great.

I like the size of the bed. It's very comfortable and you can't hear anything inside the room.

I was surprised when i opened the toilet bowl. I saw a tissue floating inside it.

Bedroom. It was not so clean when we just came in, and the floor have some hair from someone we don’t know.

Overall the experience was amazing.

Overall the experience was amazing... I really enjoyed it.

The day I went it was supposed to be a maintenance and there was not supposed to be water so we couldnt be at the room, end up no one told us the maintenance was change for another day...but they didn't tell us... And what I hate the most is the check out is at 11, when most of the hotel the check out is at 12 or 1 pm

What i hate the most is the at the booking sites description has a CITY VIEW however at the room i stay is NONE CITY VIEW.It's okay that the staff is explaning regarding that matter because i expected a lot.Its an only a STANDARD DOUBLE ROOM and I booked ECONOMY ROOM.Hoping to regards this matter.Thanks

Please check on the room's foul smell. Room 1809.

The room stank so badly it smelt like drainage water on one night. Not sure if it was the air-conditioning. The smell was extremely strong. Also, the water coming out of the sink's tap smelt bad. However, the shower facility was great and had strong water pressure, and the bathroom was Clean. The bed was comfortable too. But it just smelt so foul on one night.
